**Required Qualifications**:
Required Qualifications: High School diploma or recognized equivalent required.

**Additional Required Qualifications**:
Experience working in a Continuing Care facility and working with dementia residents. Two years’ experience as a Recreation Attendant.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Recreation Attendant certificate preferred.
