**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Operate forklifts to transport materials within the Shop.
- Load and unload shipments accurately while adhering to safety protocols.
- Utilize a Warehouse Management System (WMS) for tracking inventory and order picking processes.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining the shop layout for efficient operations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and maintain high standards of safety and efficiency.
- Execute basic math calculations for inventory management and order fulfillment.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in warehouse distribution or a similar role is preferred.
- Valid forklift certification is required; experience with clamp trucks is a plus.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
