We are currently looking to add a **FULL-TIME Virtual Retention Expert** to our **Retention Centre** Team.

**Required Skills**:
- Exceptional Telephone, Customer Service, and Communication Skills
- Self-Motivated Individual with a Friendly, Warm, and Positive Attitude.
- Ability to Multi-Task with ease and handle a High Volume of Telephone Calls.
- Ability to adapt to a Constantly Evolving, Fast Paced Industry while continuing to offer the Highest Level of Customer Service.
- Ability to work within a Team Environment or Independently
- Basic Computer Skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
**Required Equipment**:
- Windows PC with a Minimum of 10GB of Ram
- 2 Monitors
- USB headset
- Fast Internet Connection
- Quiet workspace
Automotive Knowledge, Protractor (SMS), Previous Phone Experience an asset, however not required to be considered for this position.
