**About Us**

Rolling Luxury Experience merges elite lifestyle management with private-equity and trust-fund strategy. From luxury travel and events to capital preservation and legacy systems, we operate at the intersection of lifestyle and finance.

**About the Role**

We are launching a professional development initiative for recent graduates and early-career professionals seeking hands-on exposure to private equity, trust systems, and client development.

Trainees will collaborate with senior partners on live projects, learning how private capital, legacy planning, and business strategy integrate inside a modern private-equity environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Support client-relations and business-development initiatives.
- Assist in research, reporting, and project coordination for active equity ventures.
- Participate in weekly mentorship and training sessions on financial strategy and trust systems.
- Contribute creative insight to partnership and outreach initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in final year) in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Driven, curious, and eager to learn the business side of private equity.
- 21-28 years old with interest in long-term wealth building and luxury branding.

**Compensation & Structure**

Part-time or project-based collaboration. Performance-based compensation with mentorship and advancement opportunities toward partnership or salaried roles.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Freelance

Pay: $25.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 40 per week
