**Overview**
We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Hair Stylist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hair services to our clients while ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Your expertise in hair styling, combined with your strong customer service skills, will help create a positive experience for every client who walks through our doors.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet individual client needs.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired looks and provide professional recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience and meet salon goals.
- Assist with front desk duties including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and managing client inquiries.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling techniques and products to provide clients with the best options available.
- Build lasting relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up communication.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
- Strong skills in hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and treatments.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Experience in retail sales is preferred, with an ability to upsell services and products confidently.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and commitment to maintaining cleanliness in the salon environment.
- A valid cosmetology license is required.
