**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead, train, and motivate the café team.
- Manage daily operations including staff scheduling, inventory, and customer flow.
- Handle cash and POS transactions (TouchBistro).
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and compliance with regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues quickly.
- Support budgeting, ordering, and cost control.
- Maintain a clean and organized café environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven leadership experience in a café or restaurant.
- Strong background in food service and kitchen management.
- Supervisory experience with team training and development.
- Knowledge of food safety practices.
- Familiarity with cash handling and POS systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Hospitality or restaurant management experience is an asset.
- Food Handlers Certificate is required

**Join Us**

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
