**What you will be doing**:
- Provide pre-sales technical advisory services to Sales teams.
- Leverage your knowledge of Rogers Fixed Network and Business Productivity Solutions to win business and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Engage and interact with other Solution Architects, Account Executives and their clients to understand business challenges and recommend Rogers Business Products to meet their needs.
- Utilize Salesforce to generate service proposals, track sales activities, and manage sales opportunities through to customer signature.
- Utilize internal systems to complete administrative tasks and required technical supporting documentation for sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer transitions smoothly from sales process to Operations teams.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Generate accurate sales forecasts and funnel reports for management review.
**What you will bring**:
- Minimum of 3 years of B2B solutions sales success.
- Post-secondary education in Business, Technical Diploma in IT, Computer Science or related field.
- Knowledge and experience with Fixed Network and Business Productivity Solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop, foster and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Motivation and enthusiasm with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

This is a hybrid work position and will require you to be in office three days per week.
