Key Technical Skills:
Release Management:
Own and manage the overall release calendar across environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Production).
Coordinate release planning and scheduling with project managers, developers, QA, and business stakeholders.
Conduct release readiness reviews, go/no-go meetings, and post-release retrospectives.
Track and manage release scope, risks, and dependencies.
Maintain version control and release documentation.

Deployment Management:
Coordinate environment setup, rollback procedures, and deployment validation activities.
Ensure that release and deployment activities follow change management and governance processes.
Monitor deployments and respond to issues or failures during the release window.
