**Role Purpose**: Your mission will be to act as an expert in our partnering location T&T Supermarket Beauty department. You will be providing high quality service to customers and promoting the products of the brand. Meeting or exceeding sales goals.

**Main Accountabilities**:
Drives retail sales by achieving/ exceeding the established sales goals

Provide customer service to exceed customer expectations

Maintains a high level of product knowledge; educates customers on products.
- Superior customer service skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals
- Demonstrated knowledge of products and services; ability to use knowledge to inspire customers to make purchases.
- Ability to work as a team player in a fast paced environment, handling multiple priorities and quickly learning new products and procedures
- Highly dependable; flexible to work various schedules and some holiday

**Qualifications**
- Post-Secondary Degree required
- Proven track record of success with sales performance and quantifiable results.
- Requires 3 -5 years of retail sales, require beauty industry experience.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

MUST HAVE: Trained Make-up artist and speaks French

**Job Type**: Freelance

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- On call
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
