**Ontario Lung Screening Program**
Reporting to the Manager, Prevention and Screening Clinical Services, the Clerk 2 (Lung Screening) provides highly
professional client management support in an office setting supporting the lung screening program. As a member of
the Lung Screening Program, the Clerk provides various clerical and administrative duties that supports the Lung
Screening Program in daily operations, ensuring that discretion and confidentiality are maintained at all times.
EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:
Education/Experience:
- Successful completion of a two year related secretarial diploma at the Community College level, plus a minimum of
2 years' secretarial/clerical experience
Skills/Abilities:
- Medical Terminology course completed
- Computer literacy in Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Power Point) and exceptional transcription skills
- Demonstrated proficiency with client management systems including; Meditech, Novari, other systems.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills with a demonstrated commitment to accuracy and professionalism
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritize work and problem‑solve.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written skills and experience working with an interprofessional team.
- Exceptional customer service skills and excellent telephone skills including experience managing a multi‑line phone
- Ability to multi‑task, effectively balancing competing priorities and tight timelines.

Salary Range: $25.528 to 26.178
