The required qualities and skill sets are as followed.
- Able to work in guest and service focused a fast-paced environment
- Able to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Must be a morning person
- Must be able to stand for an entire shift
- Works well as part of a team and on individual tasks
- Previous experience in a kitchen is an asset, not required
- Able to work early mornings shift starts at 5am or 6am
- Physically able to bend, move, and lift up to 25 pounds or more
- Cooking order according to food health and safety standard
- Monitoring multiple food levels
- Dressing order for presentation
- Sanitizing and cleaning work stations and utensils
- Assisting other cooks in preparing food or helping other team members when needed

Part-time hours: 20-40 per week
