**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide high-quality hair styling services, including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to individual client preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, equipment, and workstations in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients to assess their needs, offer professional advice, and recommend suitable products or services.
- Engage in retail sales by promoting and upselling hair care products that complement the services provided.
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including scheduling appointments, checking clients in and out, and handling transactions.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling techniques and products to provide clients with the best options available.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals through excellent customer service.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role in a salon environment.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Knowledge of various hair styling techniques, products, and tools.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience in retail sales is preferred, with an aptitude for upselling products.
- Familiarity with front desk operations is a plus.
- A valid cosmetology license is required.
