The ECE will be responsible for providing care and support to children, for planned and unplanned absences of our core Educator team - ensuring the students safety, and promoting their development through engaging activities.

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and engage with students in a classroom setting, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote learning and development.
- Provide caregiving support, including assisting with daily routines such as meals, naps, and personal hygiene.
- Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging their social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create an inclusive atmosphere for all students.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment that is conducive to learning.
