**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Lead and motivate the sales team to exceed targets
- Build long-lasting relationships with clients and partners
- Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven success in sales and meeting revenue goals
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Knowledge of the tire or automotive industry is a plus, but not required
- Capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**:

- Full-time, Permanent

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Pay: $16.75-$26.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

**Benefits**:

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)

Work Location: In person
