Roofing Labourer

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Install, repair, and maintain roofing systems using a variety of materials including shingles, metal, and tiles.
- Perform caulking and sealing to ensure roofs are watertight.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for roofing tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards.
- Conduct inspections of roofs to identify potential issues or necessary repairs.
- Assist in heavy lifting and moving materials as needed during roofing projects.
- Follow safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

**Qualifications** **Preferred, but not required**:

- Proven experience as a Roofer or in a related maintenance person role with a strong understanding of roofing systems.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to roofing tasks.
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions accurately.
- A background in carpentry is a plus but not mandatory.

- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
