**Primary Job Functions**:
Flight Attendants at Flair Airlines take on a crucial role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and overall satisfaction of our passengers during their travel journey. They operate within the guidelines of Transport Canada regulations and our company policies, delivering exceptional in-flight service and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism through the following key responsibilities:

- Ensure the safety and comfort of all customers throughout their travel experience.
- Strictly adhere to standard operating procedures and company policies outlined in our Flight Attendant Manual, in full alignment with Transport Canada regulations.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the flight crew and captain to ensure a smooth and enjoyable flight experience for all passengers.
- Perform in-flight service duties, including the sale of onboard products such as alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, snacks, and meals.
- Execute pre-flight duties, including safety and security checks, inspections of aircraft cleanliness, and verification of correct onboard provisioning.
- Maintain an active presence in the cabin, offering friendly, professional, and timely assistance to passengers.
- Operate various onboard safety and emergency equipment with confidence and handle security and emergency situations with poise and tact.
- Uphold cabin cleanliness standards on all flights and perform cabin grooming of the aircraft upon arrival as required.
- Consistently deliver a high level of customer service across all aspects of onboard service.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Education**:

- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Additional qualifications in hospitality or customer service are an asset
- **Experience**:

- A minimum of four (4) years of customer service experience
- Previous experience as a Flight Attendant is considered an asset.

- Demonstrate the ability to work effectively as part of a team and take initiative to achieve results and enhance the in-flight experience.
- Foster professional working relationships by demonstrating respect to others, taking ownership of performance shortfalls, and actively looking to improve the team's performance.
- Demonstrate positive verbal and non-verbal communication skills when interacting with customers, colleagues, and superiors.
- Demonstrate the ability to utilize de-escalation skills and assertive communication when necessary.
- Present a professional and polished image that is unique to the individual but also aligns with Flair’s vision, mission, and values.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, resilience, and a proactive approach to improving situations and achieving desired outcomes.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Flair’s vision to be Canada’s leading ULCC by effectively promoting products and services to influence sales outcomes to consistently drive success.

- **Requirements**:

- Must hold a valid Canadian passport
- Minimum 19 years of age
- Must be able to reach 201 cm or 79 inches flat-footed with no shoes
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. from floor to waist and 22 lbs. overhead
- Fluency in English; French and other languages is considered an asset
- Live within 90 minutes of your designated crew base or willing to relocate
- Prepared to demonstrate and work the required schedule flexibility (24/7), including weekends and holidays, and accommodating standby (reserve) flight schedules as needed
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment alcohol and drug screening test
- Clear criminal record check and satisfactory employment references
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada without restriction
