Pub Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- Be the pinnacle of server excellence
- Working the floor at times to support the team and learn the operations first-hand
- Supporting the team with complaint and conflict handling
- High level customer service recovery
- Scheduling of staff
- Managing and maintaining inventory of liquor and supplies
- Ensuring all aspects of the pub, including cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance, are up to brand standards
- Completing hiring, onboarding, and training for new recruits
- Execution of special events
- Oversight & development of operational processes
