**Job Overview**
Asphalt lbourer needed, to drive rollers, asphalt paver and other tasks.Full experince is needed

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the construction and maintenance of structures, including buildings, roads, and other infrastructure.
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently as required for specific tasks.
- Participate in paving operations, ensuring quality and adherence to project specifications.
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying materials, and cleaning job sites.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining safety standards.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to all safety protocols on-site.

**Skills**
- Ability to build and assemble structures with precision and care.
- Experience in heavy equipment operation is preferred but not mandatory; training may be provided.
- Knowledge of paving techniques and materials is a plus.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
- A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and improving work processes.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
