Wilco is currently seeking multiple **Heavy Equipment Operators** (multi-equipment) to join our diverse and dynamic team **Located In Edmonton and Area**. Most equipment is CAT. Operators are required for the following:

- Excavator
- Loader
- Scraper
- Skid-Steer
- Grader (GPS experience preferred)
- Dozer (GPS experience preferred)

The Heavy Equipment Operator will perform some or all the following:

- Able to complete walk around and basic maintenance on equipment.
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ability to communicate with co-workers and take direction.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Physically able to perform all physical actions pertinent to the job, and equipment operation.

**Requirements**:

- Must have 3+ years equipment experience.
- Ability to run other pieces of equipment considered an asset.
- Must be capable of finish grading topsoil.
- Must be able to interpret survey stakes.
- Ability to work as a team as well as independently.
- Capable of operating under numerous and varied job site situations.
- Must have valid driver's license.
- Must have reliable Vehicle.
