**Job Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Automotive Technician to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to develop their skills in automotive repair and maintenance. As an Apprentice, you will work under the guidance of experienced technicians, gaining hands-on experience while learning the intricacies of automotive systems and repairs.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in performing routine maintenance and repairs on various vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete assigned tasks.
- Learn to read and interpret automotive schematics to understand vehicle systems.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding vehicle issues and repair needs.
- Support senior technicians in diagnosing mechanical problems and developing solutions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance mechanical knowledge and skills relevant to the automotive industry.
- Assist with heavy lifting tasks as needed during repairs or part replacements.

**Requirements**:

- Basic mechanical knowledge or experience in automotive repair is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools commonly used in automotive work.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Previous experience in a dealership setting is a plus but not mandatory.
- A passion for mechanics and a desire to grow within the automotive field is essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship

Pay: $23.00-$27.83 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week

Additional pay:
