Reporting to The Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for delivering private dining and events experience.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

The Food & Beverage Assistant role will involve:
Greet guests and take their orders, making menu suggestions and answering questions about the food and drinks.

Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring that all orders are accurate and timely.

Set up tables and chairs, and ensure that the dining area is clean and presentable.

Work with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure that all orders are prepared correctly and delivered on time.

Assist with cleaning and restocking the dining area as needed.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required

At least 1 year experience in a similar hospitality role, and

Excellent verbal communication skills.

Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, positive attitude.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once.
