We are seeking a motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor for our fast food restaurant. Responsible for managing daily operations, leading a team, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining food quality and safety, and optimizing efficiency.

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the food service staff, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Train and mentor employees, providing guidance on customer service, food preparation, and safety procedures.
- Monitor and maintain high-quality standards in food preparation, presentation, and service.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and monitor stock to meet customer demand.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop menus, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Schedule and assign tasks to staff, considering business needs and employee availability.

**Requirements**:

- Fast food experience
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry.
- Proficiency in English at Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) Level 5 or equivalent, enabling effective communication with customers and staff.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and engage a diverse team.
- In-depth knowledge of food service operations, including food preparation, safety procedures, and customer service.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to handle various operational challenges.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food handling protocols.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure during busy periods.
