- Enforce quality control - Every item leaving the shop is up to our standards
- Maintain inventory counts on all decorator-related ingredients and supplies
- Manage a small team of Decorators, ensuring that we are scheduling the correct amount of hours, in relation to the amount of custom orders for the week
- Always provide your best work, including hand writing on cakes/cookies/etc.
- Provide friendly and professional service to customers & staff
- Understand the importance of keeping your workspace clean at all times
- Assist 'order desk' staff with quoting custom orders
- Provide in-person customer consultations for large (wedding) cakes / custom orders

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
