**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to uphold dealership standards
- Basic Maintenance Tasks
- Assist technicians with repairs as needed
- Assist in managing inventory by organizing and arranging RVs on the lot according to established guidelines.
- Assist other departments as needed, including but not limited to Parts, Service, and Sales.

**Requirements**:

- Work in various weather conditions; heat, humidity, rain, etc.
- Must be able to lift or move up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Effectively communicate in English
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
- Ability to walk, stand, crouch, and carryout physically strenuous tasks for extended periods of time throughout the work shift
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
