We’re searching for a **Food and Beverage Manager**to lead the charge in shaping the full experience at Squamish Canyon. From our welcoming coffee kiosk to the lively, licensed **Forest Lounge**, your expertise, leadership, and passion for hospitality will set the tone for an extraordinary visit. **Key Responsibilities**
**Food & Beverage Operations**
**Lead with purpose**- Oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensuring seamless service and a guest experience that feels effortless.
**Be the steady hand in the rush**- Stay present and engaged during peak times, offering guidance, motivation, and support to keep the team at their best.
**Set the standard for excellence**- Ensure every dish, every drink, and every interaction meets the highest quality and service expectations - on time, every time.
**Bring events to life**- Partner with our sales and events teams to execute seamless catered experiences, from intimate gatherings to larger celebrations.
**Build the dream team**- Hire, schedule, and manage staffing levels with a keen eye on balancing business needs and team well-being.
**Shape the playbook**- Help develop, refine, and train the team on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to drive consistency and excellence.
**Champion health & safety**- Ensure every food and beverage location meets and exceeds Vancouver Coastal Health and BC Liquor standards and requirements.

**Qualifications**
**Experienced & Adaptable**You bring at least **3 years of leadership experience**in food and beverage operations—whether in a hotel, resort, or restaurant setting. You know how to keep things running smoothly, even when the unexpected happens.
**A Visionary in F&B**You have a **strong grasp of food and beverage service, operations, and emerging culinary trends.**You are always a step ahead, ensuring guests get an unforgettable dining experience.
