Inventory Analyst

Nightingale Medical Supplies is a Vancouver-based company that has been providing medical supplies and support to our clients for over 50 years. With seven locations in BC, we are a leading provider of ostomy, hernia belts, ostomy undergarments, compression, breast care, continence, wound care, scar therapy, lymphedema, bracing, and home health care products.
We are seeking a Vancouver-based **Inventory Coordinator** for full-time employment. The role will have the following responsibilities:
Inventory Management, including:
- Review of inventory levels in all departments
- Inventory counts and adjustments
- Tracking, investigations and ad hoc reporting
- Vendor and SKU pricing adjustments and updates
- Database maintenance and training
- Purchase orders and vendor communication
- Reporting and performance evaluations of key targets
- Monitoring and compiling contract and rebate tracking
- Providing sales projections and analyzes margins and costs
- Providing customer service and store support and vacation relief for staff
- Helping develop training manuals
- Training and support customer service team members for all divisions
- Participating in ongoing training for our specialized product lines
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 5 year experience in logistics, warehouse, or inventory
- Bookkeeping and customer service experience in the medical industry would be an asset
- High school diploma or higher
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- _**Advanced**_ Excel skill set
- Strong working knowledge of computers, MS office (excel) and Sage software would be an asset.
- Purchasing experience would be an asset
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and organize in a rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Positive, can-do attitude.
Pay: $55,000.00-$62,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
- Purchasing: 1 year (preferred)
- Microsoft Excel: 2 years (required)
- Sage: 3 years (preferred)
