**Job Overview**
S7 EPFC is an Oil & Gas fabrication and construction company rooted in Red Deer, Alberta. We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Laborers for full time positions. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the overall operations of our projects. This position requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well in a team environment. Oil & Gas experience is preferred but not required. Preference will be given to those with experience in Oil & Gas construction as well as equipment operation. Hydrostatic testing experience will be considered an asset.

**Duties**
- Perform manual labor tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving materials as needed.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
- Assist pipefitters, welders and other workers in various tasks required to complete project fabrication within project deadlines
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Be dependable, punctual and ready for work every day

**Experience**
- Previous experience in construction or general labor is preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team is essential.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools is advantageous.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on various tasks as needed.

Pay: $15.49-$25.39 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week

**Experience**:

- construction: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class 5 Licence (preferred)
