As Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for training and supervising staff to maintain high standards of customer service, supporting bartending and serving teams during busy hours, and coordinating large-scale events to ensure seamless operations. Additionally, you will assist with daily operations to maintain quality and efficiency with the kitchen and bar.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Supervise and train staff members, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service and address any inquiries or concerns.
- Manage cashiering duties, including overseeing transactions and ensuring accuracy in pricing.
- Support retail sales initiatives by implementing effective marketing strategies.
- Assist in budgeting processes and monitor bar and kitchen expenses to maintain profitability.
- Collaborate with management on training development programs for staff enhancement.
- Negotiate with vendors for pricing and inventory management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a restaurant managerial position or a similar supervisory role is required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Experience in cashiering and understanding of pricing strategies is advantageous.
- Ability to supervise and develop staff while fostering a positive work culture.
- Knowledge of budgeting practices and experience in negotiating prices with vendors is a plus.
- A proactive approach to training development for team growth is required.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nighttime and weekends as needed.
