**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and assess their needs in a professional, helpful manner
- Mix and tint paint to match customer requirements
- Maintain product displays, inventory levels, and a clean store environment
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system
- Support merchandising and store promotions
- Assist with stocking shelves and organizing backroom inventory

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 65 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Interest or experience in paint, hardware, or home improvement is a plus
