Custodian/cleaner

MUST BE COMPETENT IN THE USE OF FLOOR MAINTENANCE EQUIPMENT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO AUTOSCRUBBER, BUFFER, CARPET EXTRACTOR, AND JET STEAM CLEANER, BURNISHER.
- MUST BE ABLE TO WORK IN AN UNSUPERVISED ENVIRONMENT
- MUST BE DEPENDABLE/RELIABLE
- EFFICIENT USE OF CLEANING SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS/ OFFICE CLEANING INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DUSTING CLEANING FURNITURE WALLS AND CEILINGS/ DIFFUSERS
- SWEEPING/VACUUMING AND MOPPING OF ALL FLOORS
- TRASH AND RECYCLE REMOVAL
- CLEANING OF GENERAL PURPOSE AREAS, DUSTING/ CLEANING OF LEDGES/ TABLES AND DESKS/ WALL WASHING
- WASHROOM CLEANING, CLEANING AND SANITIZING TOILETS/URINALS AND SINKS/ DUSTING OF LEDGES/ WASHING OF WALLS AND PARTITINS./ RESTOCKING OF SUPPLIES
- CLEANING OF CORRIDORS, WALLS/ ALL GLASS SURFACES/ WASTE COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL
- FLOOR MAINTENANCE AS REQUIRED/ OTHER RELATED DUTIES AS ASSIGNED BY YOUR SUPERIOR.
- MUST BE COMPEDANT AND WILLING TO LEARN PROJECT WORKS WHICH MAY INCLUDE STRIPPING AND WAXING FLOORS AND USE OF THE EQUIPMENT LISTED ABOVE.

Security Clearance Required. Five years Canadian residency is mandatory.
