We are all about great food, beautiful ambiance, friends, family and fun. It's a cozy environment nestled in the Fifty Conservation where folks can relax and enjoy their favourite Greek and Italian foods while watching the boats sail by in the marina. It's an amazing and rewarding place to work, especially for energetic and customer oriented individuals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure consistency of quality, portion control and plated presentation
- Ensure recipe adherence in kitchen execution of all products served
- Adhere to the Health and Safety policies and procedures outlined in the Health and Safety Program
- Build and maintain relationships with team members.
- Demonstrate high personal integrity, business ethics and takes every opportunity to promote the venue.
- Use conflict resolution and problem solving skills.
- Additional duties as assigned or required.
EXPERIENCE & KEY ATTRIBUTES
- Experience in the field, in a similar role
- Experience working the grill
- Pizza making experience an asset
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced busy environment
- Excellent knowledge and experience of food, food handling and food preparation
- Strong communication skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Casual, Permanent
Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
