**Responsibilities**
- Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual presentation.

- Monitor budgetary performance and manage expenses to maximize profitability.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive shopping experience.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and employee productivity.
- Invoice & Monthly Billing of Customers
- Set up new accounts and Reports
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in store management or a similar leadership role within the retail industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in time management with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in budgeting and financial management within a retail environment.
- Knowledge of market trends and consumer behavior relevant to the retail sector.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective team collaboration and customer interaction.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
