In-home Helper/caregiver

Assist a senior couple to age in place.

**Duties**:

- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as clean in the kitchen and laundry (occasionally)
- Monitor and report changes in patient's condition to the family
- Knowledge on cooking Indian style food
- Can cater to couple's meals preferences (vegetarian)
- Meals must be low in fat, high in protein
- Reliable, easy to talk, english is good but Indy is preferred from India

Female preferable but not mandatory

Qualifications:

- Has knowledge of food safety and preparation
- Previous experience with cooking and Indian cuisine
- Strong communication skills and ability to effectively interact with couple, families
- Compassionate and caring nature, with a genuine desire to help others
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
- Flexibility in schedule to accommodate varying couple's needs

References are a must

**Slip Shift**
- **Between 2-3pm and 8-9pm daily**

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $21.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 14 per week
