Our team is composed of dynamic professionals committed to excellence and continuous improvement. We are seeking a skilled Database Administrator to join our growing team and help us manage and optimize our database systems.

As a **Database Administrator** at Bond, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance, security, and integrity of our database systems. You will play a critical role in ensuring our data is efficiently stored, retrieved, and maintained. You will collaborate with Developers, Analysts, and other stakeholders to design and implement database solutions that meet the company's needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain database systems, ensuring data integrity, security, and availability.
- Monitor database performance and perform necessary tuning and optimization.
- Design and implement backup and recovery plans to safeguard data.
- Collaborate with development teams to design and implement database solutions.
- Implement and manage security measures to protect sensitive data.
- Perform regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues promptly.
- Document database processes and procedures, maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date records.
- Stay informed about emerging database technologies and industry best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years experience as a Database Administrator or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in database management systems.
- Strong understanding of database architecture, design, and optimization techniques.
- Experience with database security and backup/recovery solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in database administration (e.g., Microsoft Certified Database Administrator).
- Experience with cloud-based database services such as Azure SQL Database.
- Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes.
- Experience with automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
