As a Dental Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients, responsible for managing the front desk operations and ensuring a welcoming environment. Your role is vital in supporting the dental team and enhancing patient satisfaction within our practice. Join us to contribute to a positive patient experience in a dynamic dental office setting. Minimum of 1 year dental reception experience required. Must be available 4-5 days per week, including 2 evenings a week until 7 pm and 2-3 Saturdays per month. Closed long weekends and for 1-2 weeks over the Christmas Holidays.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and confirm patient visits using phone systems.
- Maintain accurate patient records in electronic medical records systems
- Handle billing inquiries and insurance verification to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Communicate effectively with dental staff regarding patient needs and office operations.
- Ensure the front desk area is organized and welcoming for patients.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including recalls, reports, hygiene retention, etc.

**Experience**
- Minimum 1 year previous experience as a Dental Receptionist is required.
- Familiarity with dental terminology and office procedures is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure and alone in a fast-paced environment.
- A commitment to providing exceptional patient care and maintaining confidentiality at all times.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $27.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
