**Your New Role: Grounds Services Technician**

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Exterior Maintenance**: Clean and maintain siding, windows, gutters, and vents; pressure wash walkways, patios, parking areas, and other.
- **Cleanup & Debris Removal**: Handle junk removal, debris pickup, and general property cleanup.
- **Repairs & Improvements**: Assist with exterior (and interior as needed) repairs, carpentry, painting, and fixture installations.
- **Property Upkeep**: Perform general grounds support, lawn care, garden bed maintenance, and seasonal preparation such as winterizing or spring openings.
- **Seasonal Support**: Assist with tasks such as snow removal, salting, or other weather-dependent projects.
- **Equipment & Safety**: Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely; following safety protocols.
- **Communication & Teamwork**: Work closely with team members and supervisors, keeping clear records and reporting as needed.

**What You Bring**:

- Experience in residential or commercial grounds maintenance.
- Strong attention to detail and a reliable, professional approach.
- Reliable record keeping and clear communication.
- Comfortable working flexible hours outdoors in varied weather conditions.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work safely at heights as needed.
- Valid driver’s licence.
