**Support Associate - Full Time**

Tsawwassen First Nation’s Information Technology department is looking for a Support Associate to facilitate the team in an intermediate-level support role along with the opportunity to work with senior levels of staff for further growth and development.

**Responsibilities**
- Onboarding/Offboarding of individuals with focus on excellent service delivery & end user experience.
- Allocation, maintenance and troubleshooting of IT equipment (laptops, desktops, monitors, mobile phones, printers, etc.).

**Summary of Qualifications**
- Experience in setup/installation of our organization’s hardware of desktops, laptops, mobile phones, and printers. Additionally, the Support Associate will participate in installing & configuring server/network equipment.
- Ability to support staff from multiple buildings (both in-person & remote).
- Ability to prioritize work based on department objectives.
- An aptitude towards continuous learning of modern technologies.
- Very personable and genuine attitude towards technology as it applies to the organization.
- Driver’s license and car required for travel to/from the office 2-3 days per week.
- Other duties as delegated by the IT Manager.

**Working Conditions**
- Light to moderate lifting may be needed to move electronic equipment.
- Hybrid work environment.

**Wages/Benefits**
- Pay scale for this position is $38.10 to $42.58 per hour with excellent benefits including enrolment in the BC Municipal Pension Plan. Placement within the pay scale is based on a review of skills, experience & internal equity.
