Quality Control Technician

We are a thriving successful Meat Processing business where there is an opportunity to progress and grow. We are looking for a Quality Control Technician who has the ability to learn quickly, work hard & is available for an immediate start.
- Performs quality assurance checks/inspections to implement all procedures fully.
- Conduct sampling on a daily basis.
- Maintains high standards of quality and food safety at the plant level on a daily basis
- Monitors GMP, SOP

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP).
- Quality inspection, auditing, and testing experience
- Knowledge of tools, concepts, and methodologies of QA
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures
- Strong leadership, verbal and written communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.50 per hour
