**Who is Movella**:
**Your role as a Data Analyst - Customer Success at Movella**:
This position is based in Halifax, Nova Scotia and is part of our global sales and support team. Day-to-day responsibilities will include working with key account teams internally & externally. You will report to the Regional Customer Support Manager based in Halifax, NS.

**Key challenges**:

- Create data-driven solutions to maximize athlete wellbeing and training availability.
- Manage the analysis and reporting of all relevant data to provide insights applicable to athlete performance.
- Ability to create, maintain and troubleshoot R-Scripts and other data collection methods
- Clearly and efficiently communicate analytical insights to all stakeholders regardless of technical ability.
- Knowledge of Statistical Languages (R, Python, SAS), Data Visualization software (Tableau, Power BI), Database Functionality (SQL, Snowflake) and other Programming
- Solid understanding and working knowledge of Sport Science, Clinical Research Performance Analytics, and Sport Performance.
- Expertise in Sports Technologies and Wearables.
- Knowledge of Snowflake and the ability to create new data sources.
- Technical knowledge and experience working with API Documentation to properly scope and troubleshoot API Issues.
