Duties and Responsibilities: - Accurately complete daily paperwork including water temperatures, cleaning schedules, chemical percentages, etc. - Work with chemicals and mix to proper titration levels - Work to reduce waste including consumption of water, chemicals and supplies - Clean and sanitize line equipment, bins and floors. Ensure security and proper storage of chemicals located on premises by limiting access and monitoring/preventing leaks, spills, etc. - Collaborate with QA to ensure swabs are complete and meet standards/requirements - Follow daily sanitation requirements and schedule - Sanitize all equipment before start-up as well as entrances and drains to prevent bacteria from spreading - Operate sweepers, scrubber, pressure washers and other sanitation equipment - Replace worn and lubricating O-rings - Any other duties as assigned by supervisor(s) Qualifications: - Able to work well independently and in a team environment - Mechanical aptitude to understand equipment operation and basic maintenance for assembly/disassembly - Must be comfortable working in wet environment. Clothing may come in contact with water - Physical requirements include frequently squatting, bending, standing, lifting, reaching and holding water/air nozzle for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift up to 25kg - Possess strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination **This is a full-time permanent role on the night shift, which operates from 7.00 pm to 7.00 am.
