**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Purchasing & Procurement**:

- Identify and source reliable suppliers and vendors for raw materials, packaging, and operational supplies.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to achieve cost-effectiveness and quality standards.
- Issue purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records in the system.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse and production team to replenish inventory as needed.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any supply discrepancies or delays.

**Supply Chain Management**:

- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end supply chain process, from procurement to delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and align procurement plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with production, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure smooth material flow.
- Analyze supplier performance and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
- Maintain compliance with internal controls and procurement policies.

**Shipping & Logistics**:

- Arrange domestic and international shipping, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and documentation requirements.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, couriers, and carriers to track shipments and ensure on-time deliveries.
- Handle logistics-related paperwork such as bills of lading, invoices, and packing lists.
- Optimize shipping costs and timelines while maintaining quality and compliance.
- Address any shipping issues, such as damages, delays, or lost goods.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or logistics.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
- Knowledge of procurement software and inventory management systems.
- Understanding of shipping procedures, customs regulations, and logistics operations.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in a food production or manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks).
- Certification in supply chain or procurement (e.g., CPIM, CSCP, or CPP) is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 80 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
