The civil foreman will supervise and coordinate daily activities of his or her crew, working with the superintendent to plan the work. Responsible for communicating job progress, information and updates to inspections and internal departments. Provide accurate and daily reporting of timesheets and work orders to the office. Responsible for training and development of the crews. Support full compliance with the company Health and Safety plans. Ability to communicate with a positive attitude with a variety of individuals.

Responsibilities - Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans. Produce schedules and monitor attendance of Crews. Allocate general and daily responsibilities.. guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met. Supervise the use of machinery and equipment. Resolve challenges when they arise

**Salary**: From $40.00 per hour
