**Requirements**:

- Proven experience working with children in an educational or caregiving setting.
- Strong understanding of early childhood education principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to create a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages exploration and learning.
- Patience, creativity, and adaptability to meet the varying needs of young learners.
- ECE Level 3 Certificate in Alberta
