Linehaul Supervisor

**Full-Time Linehaul Supervisor**
**Monday to Friday - 12:00PM-8:30PM**

**What You’ll Do**:

- Coordinate and monitor daily linehaul planning to and from all areas of the service region.
- Plan & assign routes for drivers, ensuring efficient delivery of freight while maximizing efficiency and minimizing costs.
- Manage operational commitments and expectations of the customer/carrier relationship; addressing and resolving any issues arising during transportation, such as delays, accidents/incidents or mechanical issues.
- Provide excellent service to customers, internal and external stakeholders addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies and procedures.
- Identify errors and root causes; recommending corrective action and procedural improvements within scope of responsibility.

**Who You Are**:

- Successful completion of Grade 12, with a minimum of three (3) years’ progressively responsible linehaul and supervisory experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Strong working knowledge of the Transportation LTL Industry & freight handling requirements
- Experience with a Transportation Management System (TMS)
- Solid knowledge of the geography of British Columbia
- Have a solid understanding of transportation regulations; safety minded and compliant
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite of programs
- Proven ability to lead and direct others
- Highly organized with a proven ability to effectively prioritize work of self and others
- Can maintain stable performance under pressure and/or adversity
- Customer focused individual who takes responsibility for internal and external customer satisfaction with a collaborative, problem-solving approach
