- Position Summary

An indispensable roleHuron clients approach us with a unique set of challenges. Enterprise Solutions Associates play an integral client-facing project or work-stream leadership role. While activities vary based on project size/scope and individual skill-sets and strengths, the Associate can expect to spend their time follows: 80% will be allocated to material client interaction through all project phases, project management, intensive data-analysis and the identification of the “so-what’s” therein, and to creating compelling client-ready presentations and; 20% will be spent developing Analysts and coachees when assigned, participating in practice development and, carrying out routine administrative tasks. Everyone works in symphony to achieve a common objective: create and implement viable solutions. Associates gain valuable, hands-on consulting experience and that translates to career growth.

**This role is based in Canada but may require travel between the U.S. and Canada to support client work**
- Qualifications
- Required:

- 2+ years work experience in roles utilizing Workday, PeopleSoft, Lawson/Infor, or SAP Human Capital Management solutions
- 2+ years of functional experience in at least one of the following areas related to Human Capital Management: Payroll, Talent & Performance, Compensation, Benefits, Time & Absence, Recruiting, and/or Learning
- Huron requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
- Post-pandemic willingness to travel up to 50%

Preferred Requirements:

- One of the following Workday certifications highly desired: Core HCM, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Time & Absence, Recruiting, and/or Learning
- Prior experience as a systems administrator for Workday HCM
- Experience participating in Workday HCM discovery and design sessions
- Excellent communication skills - oral and written - and the interpersonal skills needed to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaboration
- Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
- Ability to support multiple projects of differing scale and duration
- Strong analytical skills and experience using tools such as Excel to translate information from meetings into documentation that can be shared with meeting participants and project teams
- Desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies
