**Warehouse Operation Team Member**

Alex Food Service is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join its operations team, strengthens the company’s position and achieve desired business goals.

**Responsibilities**
- Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to process, package and ship orders accurately
- Organize stocks and maintain inventory
- Examine ingoing and outgoing shipments
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse space
- Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately
- Check orders, products and packages for defects or damages and document as required
- Recording exact arrival and departure times for shipments
- Operating material handling equipment such as ladders, forklifts and pallet jacks
- Other duties as assigned

**Education, Skills and Job Requirements**
- High School Diploma
- Organized self-starter and able to communicate well
- Ability and willingness to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand/walk for full shift as well as lift, push, pull or otherwise move objects constantly
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required

This job requires reliable transportation and flexibility as we often require early start times, and it is not located near public transit.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $19.00 per hour
