Custodian / Janitor

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in various areas of the facility, showroom, and offices.
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, break rooms, and common areas by regularly sanitizing surfaces and restocking supplies.
- Handle waste disposal by collecting trash and recycling materials in accordance with company policies.
- Conduct minor facilities maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and reporting any maintenance issues to management.
- Ensure that all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored after use.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while performing cleaning duties to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with special projects or events that require additional cleaning or setup support.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Good physical stamina; must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
