**Discovery Collision Centre Autobody & Glass** is located in beautiful Campbell River and is part of the Steve Marshall Group, which operates new, used, and RV dealerships throughout British Columbia and the US. They are an award-winning brand with more than 400 employees, and they are looking to add one more as a full-time **Autobody Technician**.

Discovery Collision Centre is an accredited ICBC shop. They offer a fun, positive, and team-based work environment. Receiving work from ICBC, private insurance companies, and five local car dealerships within our Group so there is no shortage of work

We are urgently seeking a skilled and motivated Red Seal Autobody Technician to join our dynamic team

**Role Summary**

As a Red Seal Autobody Technician, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety, appearance, and structural integrity of our customers’ vehicles. Your expertise will be integral in diagnosing complex autobody issues, performing efficient repairs, and maintaining a high standard of craftsmanship. Working alongside a dedicated team, you’ll be a key contributor to delivering exceptional customer experiences and upholding our reputation for quality and trust.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assess and repair damage to vehicle bodies, including structural components and cosmetic features.
- Perform repairs and replacements on panels, frames, and other body components.
- Utilize specialized equipment for straightening, and welding.
- Ensure proper alignment and fit of body panels and assemblies.
- Conduct inspections to verity the quality of repairs and adherence to manufacturer and industry standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.

**Qualifications & Competencies**
- Red Seal Certification as an Autobody Technician.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean abstract.
- Proficiency with modern autobody tools and equipment.
- Strong understanding of vehicle structures, and welding techniques.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
