Maintenance Worker

**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
- Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on machinery, electrical systems, and other facility components.
- Weld and fabricate parts as needed to ensure operational efficiency.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders and maintenance schedules.
- Supervise maintenance staff, providing leadership and guidance during projects.
- Troubleshoot issues with logic controllers and electrical systems to minimize downtime.
- Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
- Document all maintenance activities accurately for compliance and reporting purposes.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems effectively.
- Experience with welding and fabrication techniques is a plus.
- Familiarity with CMMS software for tracking maintenance tasks is advantageous.
- Leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team effectively.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, logic controllers, and general repair techniques is essential.
