**About this opportunity**
This position will be located in Vaughan, bordering Peel and Etobicoke ON.
Reporting to the Production Coordinator, the Production Associate will be responsible for
- **What you will do**
- Work as a member of a team assisting print operators in the daily operation of the printing press and related equipment
- Participate in projects to improve business results, 5S and other continuous improvement initiatives
- Support and contribute to a healthy and safe work environment by following all workplace regulations, policies, and initiatives, including reporting all first aid injuries, accidents, and workplace hazards
- Maintain organized work area according to policies, procedures, and safety regulations
- Overtime, in order to meet our customers' needs as required

- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and technical knowledge
- High initiative and ability to work with low supervision
- Able to work well in a team environment
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts
- Proficiency in basic operation of a computer
- Lifting, walking and standing are part of the job
- Exceptional attention to detail and good command of the English language (read, write, speak) with respect to:

- understanding and following all verbal and written instructions
- completing paperwork and requisitioning of materials accurately and efficiently
- complying with safety procedures and processes
- Proven organizational skills with a commitment to quality and safety
